J. Burton, a bagpiper from the Coast Guard lead the Texas contingent under the eagles and down onto the World War II Memorial proper. The bagpipe is a beautiful instrument must be hard to practice at home!!! Al Bailey was along to give them some help. If anyone knows where I can buy one of their Kilroy shirts, please let me know.
