Honor Flight Chicago visited the WWII Memorial in the blistering heat. Wisely staying on the buses when possible, they managed to put together a moving ceremony at the WWII Memorial.  Working with Honor Flight Chicago’s 800 volunteer army, this print will be waiting for the veterans when they arrive at the airport this evening.  Every Honor Flight seems to come up with more inventive and novel ways to thank this “greatest generation.”
