The great part of my book projects is sprucing up my files.  A photo similar to this taken thirty years ago is in the current edition of the DC PHOTO BOOK but wasn’t capable of being taken to a larger size in the new revision of the book because of dust and age so…..  I’ve been out three nights now and gotten different results due to air clarity, cloud conditions and my willingness to hang about at Iwo Jima.  The new book should go to press in a month or so.
