Scouting an architectural project along the Potomac, I realized I have only been on the River once before in my three decades in DC!  I jumped on the Riverfront Cruse which was just arriving and it turned out to be the last ride of the season!   As I got on, I recognized Captain Bob Kibler who used to work at Herrington Harbour where we dock Lescargot.  The weather was perfect and the light sublime.  I think this photo is a candidate for the next edition of DC PHOTO BOOK.  Oh Lucky Man!
