I was scouting a photograph the other day and decided to take a boat ride to see the subject from the water. The Captain turned out to be someone I had known 23 years ago at Herrington Harbour Marina. What a cool cruise and nice image which looks like a candidate for the next edition of DC PHOTO BOOK!
